Kuro Sushi was founded by Lhoucine El Yacoubi, a professional chef originally from Taroudant and currently based in Casablanca. His journey began in 2016, marking the start of a relentless pursuit of perfection in the demanding world of sushi.

Much more than a profession, it became a true lifestyle. The idea for Kuro Sushi was born from real-world experience: a fierce determination to transform a simple meal into a refined experience blending taste and art.
